Academic & Skills Requirement
- BSc Building Construction or BSc Building Economics or BSc Civil Engineering
- 3 - 5 years’ previous practical experience in management of building construction or civil engineering projects
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince 2) is an added advantage
- Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse and able to forecast cost
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexibly assertive and adaptable approach to work
- Be able to provide both detailed and summarised report on current activities
- IT Literate, able to use Microsoft Office
