Academic & Skills Requirement
- BSc Construction Economics or BSc Quantity Surveying
- 3 – 5 years previous practical experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry
- Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse and able to forecast cost
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to works
- Able to provide both detailed and summarised report on current activities
- IT Literate, able to use Microsoft Office
